Most people perform significantly better than you on this hearing test. Untreated hearing loss can have far-reaching consequences – an increased risk of dementia, for example. The online hearing test cannot, of course, cover all aspects of your hearing and does not replace a medical diagnosis.
Our recommendation for you:
If you are not yet receiving treatment for your hearing impairment, we recommend a further assessment of your hearing by an ear, nose, and throat doctor. The procedure does not replace a medical diagnosis, but it tests hearing ability in an everyday situation and can therefore provide indications of your hearing status. We also recommend repeating the test regularly, but at the latest after approximately six months.
