Doch zunehmend kommen Konversationsplattformen auf Basis K\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz, sogenannte Chatbots zum Einsatz. Ein Sprachmodell wie ChatGPT wurde dabei mit Milliarden von Begriffen, W\u00f6rtern und Textdokumenten trainiert, um Suchanfragen beantworten zu k\u00f6nnen. In einer aktuellen Studie haben Forschende aus den USA&nbsp;die Qualit\u00e4t der Ergebnisse von ChatGPT und Google untersucht und miteinander verglichen, wenn Menschen mit Demenz und ihre pflegenden Angeh\u00f6rigen Suchabfragen gestartet haben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Analyse ber\u00fccksichtigten die Forschenden Kriterien wie die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit der Quellen, Genauigkeit, Aktualit\u00e4t, Lesbarkeit und Objektivit\u00e4t, die f\u00fcr Menschen mit Demenz \u201ebei der Bewertung gesundheitsbezogener Informationen von entscheidender Bedeutung\u201c sind. Ausgew\u00e4hlt wurden 60&nbsp;sogenannte Informations- und Transaktionsanfragen. Dazu geh\u00f6rten zum Beispiel Fragen wie \u201eGibt es eine Heilung f\u00fcr Demenz?\u201c und \u201eWo gibt es gute h\u00e4usliche Pflege in Riverside, Kalifornien?\u201c&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Anwendung von Chatbot-Technologien f\u00fcr die demenzbezogene gesundheitliche Aufkl\u00e4rung sei jedoch noch nicht ganz ausgereift, hei\u00dft es in der Studie. Die Forschenden gelangten zu dem Schluss: \u201eSowohl Google als auch ChatGPT haben St\u00e4rken und Schw\u00e4chen.\u201c&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So lag Google hinsichtlich der Aktualit\u00e4t und der h\u00f6heren Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit vorne.&nbsp;Google-Ergebnisse haben demnach eine h\u00f6here Aktualit\u00e4t, da Google kontinuierlich Webseiten durchsucht, um die neuesten Inhalte einzusammeln. ChatGPT werde, so die Studie, aufgrund der hohen Trainingskosten \u201enur regelm\u00e4\u00dfig alle paar Monate oder sogar Jahre\u201c neu trainiert. \u201eDas hei\u00dft, die Antwort von ChatGPT ist nicht aktuell, wenn sie sich auf aktuelle Ereignisse bezieht.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:20%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60%\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u201e<strong><strong>ChatGPT und Google k\u00f6nnen die Gesundheitskompetenz von Menschen mit Demenz und ihren pflegenden An- und Zugeh\u00f6rigen f\u00f6rdern<\/strong>.<\/strong><span style=\"caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: -webkit-standard; font-size: medium; font-weight: 400; text-align: start; white-space: normal;\"><\/span>\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Florian Weidinger, digiDEM Bayern-Wissenschaftler<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:20%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei ChatGPT hingegen wurden die Ergebnisse als relevanter und objektiver bewertet. Woher genau allerdings die Informationen stammten, wurde selten angegeben. Google griff h\u00e4ufig auf Informationen zur\u00fcck, deren Quellen teils kommerzieller Natur waren, etwa Vermittlungsdienste f\u00fcr Demenzpflege oder Dienstleister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hinsichtlich der Lesbarkeit fiel das Urteil weniger gut aus. \u201eDie Lesbarkeitswerte f\u00fcr beide zeigen, dass die Antworten oft nicht f\u00fcr Personen mit geringer Gesundheitskompetenz geeignet sind.\u201c F\u00fcr ein allgemeines Publikum seien die Ergebnisse \u201etendenziell zu schwer zu lesen\u201c gewesen. Die Ergebnisse von Google waren dabei allerdings verst\u00e4ndlicher als diejenigen von ChatGPT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Studienautoren weisen jedoch darauf hin, dass die Bewerter in dieser Studie Experten aus dem Gesundheitssystem waren, die eine h\u00f6here Bildung und Ausbildung hatten. \u201eDaher ist ihr Verst\u00e4ndnis der ChatGPT-Antworten m\u00f6glicherweise h\u00f6her als das vieler Menschen mit Demenz.\u201c Die inhaltliche \u00c4hnlichkeit zwischen den Suchergebnissen von ChatGPT und Google stellte sich als gemischt dar &#8211; bei etwas mehr als der H\u00e4lfte der Suchergebnisse waren deutliche inhaltliche Unterschiede zu verzeichnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insgesamt ziehen die Autoren trotzdem eine positive Bilanz. Obwohl Google bereits seit mehr als 20 Jahren f\u00fcr die Suche nach Gesundheitsinformationen zur Verf\u00fcgung steht, sei ChatGPT, was erst 2022 der \u00d6ffentlichkeit zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt wurde, eine neue Ressource, \u201edie das Potenzial hat, Gesundheitskompetenz zu f\u00f6rdern.\u201c&nbsp;Sie prognostizieren: \u201eWir erwarten, dass Chatbot-Plattformen wie ChatGPT und Websuchmaschinen wie Google in den n\u00e4chsten Jahren langsam zusammenwachsen werden.\u201c Die Kombination von ChatGPT und Google k\u00f6nnte zuk\u00fcnftig m\u00f6glicherweise qualitativ hochwertigere Informationen f\u00fcr Menschen mit kognitiven Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen oder deren Pflegende liefern.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tipp f\u00fcr die Praxis:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Sie Chatbots und Suchmaschinen nutzen, seien Sie vorsichtig und achten Sie darauf, Suchergebnisse gegenzupr\u00fcfen.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Interessieren Sie sich f\u00fcr wissenschaftlich fundierte, gesicherte Informationen rund um das Thema Demenz, <a href=\"https:\/\/digidem-bayern.de\/en\/newsletter-archiv\/\">empfehlen wir Ihnen unser Newsletter-Archiv<\/a>.
