E-Rezept, elektronische Patientenakte (ePA) oder E-Medikationspl\u00e4ne (eMP) \u2013 welche Herausforderungen gibt es bei der Umsetzung der zahlreichen Anwendungen der Telematikinfrastruktur (TI)? Und wie werden diese Anwendungen in der Bev\u00f6lkerung und bei den verschiedenen Leistungserbringern akzeptiert? Um das herauszufinden, testet und erprobt die \u201aTI-Modellregion Franken\u2018 die verschiedenen Anwendungen der TI mit dem Ziel, die medizinische Versorgung digital, vernetzt und patientenzentriert zu gestalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insgesamt \u00fcber 100 verschiedene Leistungserbringer, darunter Pflegeeinrichtungen, Krankenh\u00e4user, (Zahn-)Arztpraxen und Apotheken, sind in Mittel-, Ober- und Unterfranken in die TI-Modellregion eingebunden. Die Umsetzung der \u201aTI-Modellregion Franken\u2018 erfolgt dabei durch ein Konsortium bestehend aus der Bayern Innovativ GmbH, dem Medical Valley Europ\u00e4ische Metropolregion N\u00fcrnberg EMN e.V. und der Monks \u2013 \u00c4rzte im Netz GmbH. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lukas Carl ist Projektmanager f\u00fcr Digital Health Projekte bei Medical Valley EMN e.V. und dabei unter anderem f\u00fcr die \u201aTI-Modellregion Franken\u2018 zust\u00e4ndig. Im kommenden Webinar wird Lukas Carl die \u201aTI-Modellregion Franken\u2018 vorstellen und erste Ergebnisse pr\u00e4sentieren. Dabei wird er speziell auf die M\u00f6glichkeiten einer verbesserten Versorgung von Menschen mit Demenz und deren pflegenden An- und Zugeh\u00f6rigen eingehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
