Untreated hearing loss can have far-reaching consequences, such as an increased risk of the development of dementia. Obviously, the online hearing test cannot cover all aspects of your hearing, and it is not a substitute for a medical diagnosis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our advice to you:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are not yet receiving treatment for your hearing loss, we recommend that you undergo a more comprehensive hearing test provided by an audiologist or an ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist. This current procedure is not a substitute for a medical diagnosis; it tests your hearing in an everyday situation and therefore only provides information on the general status of your hearing.
